How to Take and Submit Order Screenshots

A step-by-step guide to taking order screenshots that meet submission requirements

Updated today

Taking the right screenshot is key to getting your deal approved quickly. Your screenshot must clearly show the required order details without extra or unrelated content.

Screenshot Requirements

Your screenshot must include the following details:

  • Order date

  • Order number

  • Product details (title, image, and price)

  • Sold by/Seller (if applicable)

  • Price breakdown (required)

  • Delivery status (e.g., arriving, shipped, delivered, cancelled, etc.)

These are the most common required details. Requirements may vary depending on the deal, so always review any additional instructions provided during the claim.

Important: Crop Your Screenshot

Your screenshot should be cropped to show only the order details section.

Avoid including menus, headers, navigation bars, or unrelated content.

Submitting full-page screenshots or images with too much extra information may prevent our system from correctly detecting your order details.

How To Find Your Order

To locate your order details:

  1. Sign in to your account on the marketplace

  2. Go to your Orders or Purchase History

  3. Find the correct order

  4. Open the order details page

The exact layout may vary depending on the marketplace and device.
