We’re excited to announce a new batch of updates aimed at improving the Order Audit Flow and overall User Experience for AllDeals buyers. These changes are designed to streamline the audit process, reinforce program integrity, and provide more transparency for our community.
🔍 Order Audit & Account Status Updates
To ensure timely order verification and consistent buyer activity, we’ve implemented new policies for delayed order audits:
⏳ 7-Day Hold Policy
Buyers who do not receive order audit approval within 7 days of submission will now be placed on a payment hold.
This means pending rebates will be temporarily paused until the audit is resolved.
🚫 30-Day Suspension Policy
If an order remains unapproved after 30 days, the buyer’s account will be suspended.
Suspended buyers will not be able to place new orders until the issue is resolved.
These policies encourage timely audit completion and help maintain the integrity of the platform for all users.
📱 Survey Access Requires Verification
To improve security and ensure valid account information:
Buyers must verify their phone number and
Add a valid payment method
…before they can complete any post-delivery surveys.
If a buyer tries to complete a survey without meeting these requirements, they’ll be redirected to the Settings page with a clear message explaining what’s needed.
✅ New Account Status Visibility
We’ve added clear status indicators in the user interface to help buyers understand their current standing:
Payment Hold – Your account is temporarily paused due to a pending order audit.
Suspended – Your account is inactive due to an unresolved audit exceeding 30 days.
These updates are designed to offer better visibility and help users take action more easily when needed.
