Understanding Your Account Status

Get a quick overview of all All Deals account statuses and what they mean

Updated today

Your account status helps indicate whether your All Deals account is in good standing or if certain actions are needed. Below are the different statuses you may see and what each one means.

Regular

Your account is fully active and in good standing. You can place orders, claim deals, complete surveys, and receive payouts without restrictions.

Payment Hold

Your payouts are temporarily paused because one or more order audits or audit requests have not been completed within 7 days.

Why this happens:

  • You have pending audit requests that haven’t been completed.

  • Your audit submission was rejected and requires your attention.

What to do:

  1. Go to your Orders page to review any pending or rejected audits.

  2. If an audit was rejected, check the rejection reason and update your submission accordingly.

Once all your audit requests are successfully completed and approved, the Payment Hold will be lifted automatically.

Restricted

Your account is still accessible, but you cannot claim new deals. In many cases, you may also have limited access to other features while we complete an internal review.

Why this happens:

  • There was a violation of our Terms of Use and your account is under investigation.

  • Your account will not be reinstated, but you still have pending payouts that need to be processed. In this case, the account remains restricted solely to allow those payouts to be issued.

What to do:

If your account is under review, please wait for our team to complete the investigation. However, in case your restriction is due to a final decision on your account, you will remain restricted until all pending payouts are processed, and then your account will be closed.

Suspended

Your account has been fully disabled. When suspended, you cannot claim new deals and you cannot receive payouts until the issue is resolved.

Why this happens:

  • You have one or more audit requests that haven't been completed within 30 days or have been rejected and require your attention.

  • There is a potential violation of our Terms of Use and your account has been suspended while the matter is being investigated.

What to do:

  1. Check your Orders page for any uncompleted audits and submit the required information if applicable.

  2. If your suspension is related to a Terms of Use violation, please wait for our team to complete the investigation or submit a ticket if you need clarification.
