Receiving Your Payout

  • How will I receive my payout?

All payouts are processed through Checkbook.

  • Do I need to create a Checkbook account?

No, you do not need to create a Checkbook account before receiving your payout. When your payout is issued, you will receive an email with instructions to set up your account and complete the deposit.

  • What payout methods are available?

At this time, Checkbook is the only supported payout method. Other methods such as PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo are not available.

Claiming Your e-Check

  • How long do I have to claim my e-check?

Once your e-check is issued, you have 90 days to deposit it before it expires.

You will receive reminder emails from Checkbook before your e-check expires.

  • What happens if my e-check expires?

If your e-check expires, it won't be reissued per our Terms of Use.

Make sure to deposit your funds before the expiration date to avoid losing your payout.

Troubleshooting e-Check Issues

  • Why did my e-check fail to deposit?

If your e-check status shows “Failed”, it is usually due to an issue with the bank account linked to your Checkbook profile.

In this case, you should contact Checkbook Support to identify and resolve the issue. You may need to update your bank account information with their assistance.

  • How can I update my bank account information?
