If you leave the site or refresh the page, your deal steps may not be pulled up once you come back. No need to panic though - If you're still within the hour timeframe you have to complete the order, the deal steps are sitting in your Cart and is also open on your Orders page waiting for you. Clicking on the Cart icon will be the easiest way to pull the deal steps back up.
HOW TO ACCESS DEAL STEPS FROM ORDERS PAGE
Desktop
Go to your Account at the top right on your screen and click on Orders from the dropdown menu.
Find your In Progress deal and click on the magnifying glass icon to resume the deal steps.
Mobile
Click on "Account" with the 3 lines at the bottom of your screen.
Click on "Orders" from the dropdown menu.
Find your In Progress deal and click on the magnifying glass icon to resume the deal steps.
What If I Didn't Submit My Deal Steps Within One Hour?
Once your hour is up, your hold on the deal will expire and will disappear from your Orders page entirely. In this case, it would immediately be available on the homepage, and you would have to re-claim the deal from there in order to access the deal steps again.
