I Did Not Receive My Item Because It Was Returned to Sender Without Me Initiating It

Please note that this is for returns that are out of your control. If you feel the need to initiate a return after receiving a product, please contact us first before doing so.

If the tracking information shows that the order was returned, please fill out a ticket through our website chat (bottom right) or send us an email [email protected] and wait for us to provide you with next steps.

Note

Please make sure to provide supporting details/photos in the ticket and do not contact the merchant or place a new order for the product before receiving the approval to do so from the Customer Support Team.
