The Product I Ordered Did Not Arrive Even Though It Says Delivered

If you receive a notification that your order has been delivered, but you have not received it, the first step is to check the tracking information. It's possible that the order was delivered to a neighbor or left in a secure location. Please allow for 1-2 business days for the item to arrive.

If you still can't locate the item, please contact the marketplace's customer support team for guidance regarding a replacement order. If the marketing cannot provide a replacement order, please fill out a ticket through the website chat or send us an email [email protected] and wait for us to provide you with next steps.

Note

Please make sure to provide supporting details/photos in the ticket and do not request a refund from the merchant or place a new order for the product before receiving the approval to do so from the Customer Support Team.
