If you submit the wrong order number and/or an incorrect order screenshot, the seller may not be able to locate your order. This can:

  • Delay processing of your order, or

  • Result in your order being marked as Canceled

What Happens Next

  • If your order details do not pass verification, you will receive an email requesting updated information.

  • Once you upload the correct screenshot, our team can approve your order.

  • The sooner you update your details, the faster your order will be processed.
