Must order from a Prime account (if it is an Amazon product) and must choose the soonest delivery date option. No subscribe & save or Amazon delivery day.
Must ship to your OWN PERSONAL ADDRESS. No locker, PO box, or other address. This must be the address that you personally reside at since our verification process will require proof of ownership.
The order will be eligible for payment 35 days after the order was placed, regardless of account payment schedule. If the checkpoints are passed, the payment will be released the following Friday.
