Confirm that you found the correct product (match title, image, seller, partial product ID, etc.)

If everything matches but the price is still different, you can choose any of the following two options to fix the discrepancy:
Contact us before placing your order so we can review the discrepancy and adjust the deal if applicable
Proceed with placing your order and report the price discrepancy via live chat so we can review and adjust your reimbursement if needed

If you notice a discrepancy after placing your order, contact us via live chat with your order number and any relevant details. Our team will review and adjust if needed.
If your screenshot includes a price breakdown, adjustments may be handled automatically without needing to contact support.
About Discount Or Cash-back Differences
You may notice that the cash-back or discount percentage for a deal looks slightly different than expected. This is normal and happens because discounts are dynamic and can change at any time based on the product’s price and current promotions.
The value that applies to your order is the one available at the moment you click “Start Claim”, not necessarily what was shown when you first viewed the deal. If the deal page was open for some time and wasn’t refreshed, the percentage may update when you begin the claim, which can result in a different final discount and potentially an out-of-pocket cost for the deal.
This process is fully automated, and the system calculates your reward based on the exact moment your claim starts. Because of this, previously displayed percentages cannot be guaranteed, as offers may change regularly.
