In some deals, you may be instructed not to use a coupon, even if one is available.
If you accidentally clipped a coupon before seeing this requirement, you can still remove it before completing your purchase by following the steps below.
Desktop
In checkout on Amazon, click Change on the payment method section.
Scroll down past your debit and credit card methods to "Your Available Balance".
Uncheck the Promotional Balance and proceed with "Use this payment method".
Mobile
In checkout on Amazon, scroll down and click "Use a gift card, voucher, or promo code".
Scroll down past your payment methods to the "Use Promotion balance" section.
Click the toggle where it says "Use promotional balance" to take it off and then click "Continue".
