Take a moment to get familiar with the rules that make deal claiming easier and trouble-free

DOs

  • Read ALL of the terms laid out on each Deal Step.

  • Report price discrepancies using the live chat feature on the website.

  • Use the exact keywords assigned once you are linked to the product platform.

  • Use coupons if they are available (unless Deal Step 1 specifically states not to).

  • Follow the instructions provided on the special notes of the deal.

  • Communicate with us about order-related issues as soon as they occur.

  • Notify us right away if any orders end up cancelled/returned/refunded/replaced (since sometimes this is beyond your control).

DON'Ts

  • Cancel/Return an order without coming to us first. Order cancellations may result in account suspension.

  • Apply gift cards to orders or ship your order to an Amazon Locker.

  • Resell the products you claim from All Deals on ANY marketplace.

  • Order the same item on the same marketplace more than the buyer frequency requires.

    • For example, if an item requires 30 days between purchases and a seller reports multiple purchases/promotional claims for that item within that time frame, it may result in further issues with your All Deals account.

  • Click sponsored ads (Unless Deal Step 1 states that this is allowed). This could have a negative effect for the seller and may result in the cancellation of your reimbursement.

  • Contact sellers directly as this is against our Terms of Use.
