Online shopping doesn’t always go as planned. You might order the wrong variation of a product, use the wrong payment method, or provide an incorrect shipping address.
In these situations, it’s natural to feel frustrated. Fortunately, we have policies in place that allow you to cancel and reorder products under certain circumstances.
Approved Reasons To Cancel And Reorder A Product
Ordered the Wrong Variation of a Product
Example: You ordered the peach-scented candle when the promotional offer was for the vanilla scent.
Ordered from the Wrong Seller or ASIN
Example: The questionnaire noted the item is sold by Amazon.com with ASIN ending in XYZ, but you accidentally ordered from Candles USA with ASIN ending in ABC.
Forgot to Clip a Coupon or Apply a Promotional Code
Example: You purchased from a Promotional Launch where a coupon code was required at checkout, but you forgot to apply it.
Subscribe & Save Delivery Date Exceeds 14 Days
All items must be delivered within 14 days of purchase. If the delivery date exceeds this due to Subscribe & Save, you will need to either change the delivery date or, if not possible, cancel and reorder with the earliest available delivery date.
Used an Incorrect Card for Payment
Example: You used your husband’s credit card instead of your debit card.
Used an Incorrect Shipping Address
Example: You accidentally sent an item to a previous recipient (like a relative) instead of your current address.
Note that if the order has not shipped yet, it can be cancelled and reordered.
Important Notes
If an order from a submitted deal claim is cancelled, it must be replaced with the new order details so we can update it in our system.
If an order is cancelled and not replaced, or the new order details are not provided, the seller may see the cancelled order and restrict your account.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled or updated. In this case, please contact us for guidance on next steps.
If your reason for cancelling an order is not on the approved list, please contact us before cancelling.
If your cancellation reason is on the approved list, your original order has been cancelled, and a new order has been placed, please contact us with:
