How To Find The Correct “Sold By”

Learn how to identify the correct seller to avoid order issues and delays

Updated today

When completing a deal, it’s important to purchase from the correct seller (“Sold by”) listed in the deal instructions.

Ordering from the wrong seller can lead to order rejections and payment delays until the correct seller is identified and reordered from.

Why The “Sold By” Matters

Even if the product matches (title, image, price, or ASIN), the seller must also match the one specified in the deal.

Deals are tied to specific sellers, and purchasing from a different one may make your order ineligible.

How To Find The Correct Seller

If the “Sold by” information doesn’t match right away, you can locate the correct seller directly on the product page. Look for options such as:

  • “Other sellers on Amazon”

  • “More seller options” (Walmart or other marketplaces)

These options allow you to view all available sellers for the same product.

Once you open the list of sellers, review the options carefully and select the one that matches the “Sold by” listed in your deal.
