Leaving a review is not mandatory, especially for non-Amazon orders. However, when you respond to a Review Request and successfully submit proof of your review, you will automatically earn 2 extra loyalty points, which can help enhance your future shopping experience on our platform.
How The Review Request Process Works
1. Order Verification Completion
After your order successfully passes the Order Verification process, the system will track its eligibility for a review request.
2. Two-Week Reminder & Review Button Enablement
Two weeks after your order has been approved, you will receive a notification reminding you to leave a review for the purchased item.
At that time, a button will become available, allowing you to upload a screenshot as proof that you submitted a review on the marketplace.
Screenshot Requirements
Your screenshot must be:
Clear and legible
Uploaded within the required time frame
Showing the following details:
Order Number
Product Image
Product Title
The variation should be visible, if applicable.
Clear proof that a review was successfully submitted for that specific item
Once submitted, your screenshot will go through a verification process conducted by our team.
If everything is correct, your submission will be approved and you will receive 2 loyalty points.
If there is an issue, your submission will be rejected and you may reupload a corrected screenshot.
Review Request Screenshot Rejection Reasons
Your submission may be rejected for the following reasons:
Item reviewed not visible β The item (Product image/Product Tittle) is not visible in the screenshot provided.
Review not submitted β There is no visible proof that a review was succesfully submitted.
Incorrect screenshot β The screenshot is not related to the correct item, order or does not have the information needed to succesfully approve the review request.
If your submission is rejected, you can upload a new and corrected screenshot within the allowed timeframe.
If needed, feel free to send multiple screenshots if the content cannot be captured in a single image.
