Reorder an item through the “Buy Again” feature

Love a product you snagged on AllDeals? You can now easily reorder items through the “Buy Again” feature. This feature streamlines your shopping experience and helps you restock your favorite deals quickly.

How "Buy Again" Works

Access to the “Buy Again” tool depends on the following criteria:

  1. Buyer Frequency

    • Each item has a designated repeat buyer frequency, which can range from 7 days to 90 days.

    • This ensures all customers have a chance to claim deals while promoting responsible buying habits.

    • Some products may have a maximum one-time per-user purchase frequency, depending on the deal.

  2. Inventory Availability

    • The Buy Again option will only appear if the item has a currently running deal on the same marketplace.

    • If no active deal exists, the option will not be available on your Orders page.

Options When Not Eligible

If no items are eligible for Buy Again, you can use your Wishlist to track items you’re interested in and receive notifications when they become available again.

  • Q1: Can I add items to my Wishlist if I am eligible to buy again?
    ​Yes! You can add items to your Wishlist at any time, regardless of your eligibility to reorder. This helps you keep track of items you may want to purchase in the future.

  • Q2: Is there a limit to how many times I can use the Buy Again feature?
    ​The Buy Again option appears beside any product you are eligible to claim. It does not override your loyalty badge restrictions. The system will ensure you cannot order more per day or month than your badge allows.
