Complete Account Setup to Earn your Starter Badge and Begin Claiming Deals

Once you're all signed up and logged in successfully, please follow these steps to earn your Starter Badge which is required to begin claiming deals.

  1. Complete your account setup by going to your Account Settings.

    Please fill out all the information on these tabs:

      1. First Name (Legal name required)

      2. Last Name (Legal name required)

      3. Email Address (This will be your contact email address)

      4. Phone Number (Verification required to before receiving payments)

        1. Click on the edit icon to the right of the phone number field.

        2. Enter your phone number where it says "New Phone Number".

          ​

          • Please note that the phone number field may be prefilled with your email address (This is a bug that will be resolved soon). Simply delete the pre-filled email address, add your phone number, the click Save.

        3. From there, you will be redirected to a phone number verification page. Once you receive the text message with your validation code, please enter it on this page then click "Validate code".

      5. Birth Date (So we can celebrate with you )

      6. Gender (To personalize your profile)

      1. Email address you will be receiving your electronic check payments to

        1. Click "Add payout method".

        2. Enter your Echeck email address, or, if you do not have an established Checkbook.io account yet, enter your best contact email address then check the "Default email" box.

        3. Once you enter your email address, click "Send Code".

        4. A validation email will be sent to you with the subject line "Confirm Email for Payout Method". Open this email and click on the validation link.

2. Once you do this, you will earn your Starter (Loyalty) Badge and be able to begin claiming deals. Take time to go through our Help Center and getting familiar with the feel of the website.

You're all set and ready to get started!
