Phone Number Validation

Learn how to validate your phone number to unlock full account access

To complete your account setup and receive your payouts, you’ll need to validate your phone number.

Step 1: Enter Your Phone Number

How you update your phone number depends on how you created your account.

If You Signed Up with Google

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Under Account Information, click on edit (pencil icon) in the phone number field

  3. Enter your phone number in the New Phone Number field

  4. Click Update

If You Signed Up with Email & Password

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Under Account Information, click on edit (pencil icon) in the phone number field

  3. Enter your phone number and your account password in the corresponding fields

  4. Click Update

Step 2: Verify Your Phone Number

After clicking Update, the verification process is the same for all users:

  1. Wait for the SMS containing your verification code

  2. Add the code from the Account Information section

  1. Click Validate

That’s it! Your phone number is now successfully verified.

Not Receiving the Verification Code?

If you don’t receive the SMS:

  • Click Resend it to request a new one

  • Double-check that your phone number was entered correctly

  • Make sure your device can receive SMS messages

  • Confirm you have mobile signal

Important Requirements

  • Only valid US-based mobile phone numbers issued by recognized mobile carriers are accepted.

  • Virtual numbers, VoIP numbers, internet-based services, and landlines cannot be validated.

  • The phone number must be able to receive SMS messages.
