Common Reasons for Account Suspension/Restriction
Missed Audit Request (Most Common)
If your account has been suspended, please check your inbox for emails regarding an audit request.
To reinstate your account:
Follow the instructions in the email
Provide the requested information via your Orders page
You can also check for missed audits directly on your Orders page
Duplicate Account
Our system may have detected multiple accounts under your name.
While you can have up to two accounts per household, with prior approval from our end, only one account per user is allowed. Having more than that per user can lead to account suspension.
Suspicious Activity
If we suspect a violation of our Terms of Use, we may temporarily suspend your account during our investigation.
Non-US-Based Account Detected
Our services are currently available only to customers located in the United States.
If you are traveling abroad, it's important that you inform our team in advance to avoid any issues with your account.
Order Cancelled/Returned/Refunded Claims
By placing an order, you agree not to cancel without reason.
If you encounter issues with your order, this must be reported to our team immediately for further review.
Reselling
If we find that you are reselling products purchased from our website on any marketplace, your account will be suspended permanently.

Important Notes
When your account is suspended, you will not be able to place new orders and payout processing will be paused until the issue is resolved.
