Trouble Claiming A Deal

Learn why you may not be able to claim a deal and how to resolve common issues

If you're having trouble claiming a deal, it’s usually due to one of the following reasons:

Account Setup Is Incomplete

Some deals require a fully completed account setup, including your payout method.

Make sure all required fields in your account Settings are completed so you can proceed with claiming deals.

Purchase Limits Reached

  • By Product (ASIN/Product ID)

    Each product has a repeat buyer frequency, which defines how often you can claim the same item again. This period typically ranges from 1 to 90 days.

    If you have already claimed or purchased the same product recently, the deal will no longer appear in your Deals section until you become eligible again.

  • By Store or Brand

    Some deals include restrictions based on the store or brand.

    If you recently claimed or purchased another product from the same store or brand, you may not be eligible to claim that deal or additional deals from that seller until the required waiting period has passed.

Deal Just Sold Out

Some deals can sell out very quickly, especially when multiple users are trying to claim them at the same time. In these cases, a deal may become unavailable even if it appeared available moments earlier.

Fast-Selling Deals

Certain deals have limited availability and no fixed schedule, meaning they can become unavailable shortly after going live.

If you’re unable to claim a deal, it may already be out of stock.

Daily Or Monthly Claim Limits

Your ability to claim deals may also be affected by your Loyalty Badge level, which determines your daily and monthly limits. Once you reach your limit, you’ll need to wait until it resets before claiming more deals.
