How To Resume A Deal In Progress

Learn how to recover your deal if it disappears while you’re completing it

If your active deal disappears, don’t worry! In most cases, you can quickly access it again as long as it’s still within the time limit.

Why Your Active Deal May Disappear

If you leave the page, refresh, or navigate away, your deal may no longer appear on your screen. However, your deal is still saved as long as the time limit has not expired.

Deals are held for 30 minutes while active.

Where To Find Your Active Deal

Your active deals are saved in your Deals Cart. To access them:

  • Click the cart icon in the top-right corner to open the “My Deals” panel

  • Select “Continue Deal” to resume

The cart is the fastest way to return to your deal and continue where you left off.

You can also access your active deal from your Orders section:

  • Go to your Orders section

  • Locate the deal with the status In Progress

  • Open the Actions menu (⋮) and select Continue

What Happens If The Time Limit Expires

If you don’t complete your deal within 30 minutes, your deal will expire and be removed from your cart. Once this happens, the deal will become available again on the Deals page, and you’ll need to claim the deal again from the beginning to continue.

Important Note

Orders must be placed during the deal claim process. Orders placed before starting or claiming the deal will not be eligible, even if the product matches.
