Brands offer discounts on great products in exchange for valuable feedback from product testers like you. Completing the Post Delivery Survey helps ensure orders are properly completed and provides important insights to sellers.
For all standard deals, this survey is a mandatory step and must be completed to unlock your Deal Coins.
For Quick Deals, completing the survey is not required to unlock Deal Coins, but it is still valuable to brands and is the only way to earn Loyalty Points. Learn more about our Quick Deals here.
When The Survey Becomes Available
The survey becomes available 2 days after the order is created (or after the claim is submitted), provided your order has been approved by our verification team.
How the Survey Process Works
1. Order Submission & Approval
After submitting your claim and once your order is approved, it becomes eligible for the post delivery survey once it becomes available.
2. Post Delivery Request
You will receive a notification in your account and via email when your survey is ready.
You can access the survey directly from the notification, or by going to your Orders page and locating the affected order.
Once on the Orders page, the order will display a warning message such as “Post Delivery required – respond by mm/dd/yyyy”, indicating that your attention is needed.
To quickly find orders that require action, you can use the Status filter and select Post Delivery to display all orders with pending surveys.
To proceed, open the Actions menu (⋮) on the right side of the order and select Post Delivery.
This will open the survey screen, where you will be asked to complete the required questions.
Once all fields are completed, click Submit to finalize your response.
3. Survey Submission
Once submitted, your survey will be processed automatically.
Your order will be marked as completed
Your Deal Coins will move forward in the rewards process
No further action is required unless additional verification is needed
Important Deadlines & Consequences
The post delivery survey must be completed within 60 days of claiming the deal.
If the survey is not completed within this timeframe, the order will be automatically canceled. Any associated coins or rewards will expire, and no payout will be issued for the canceled deal.
Make sure to complete your post delivery surveys as soon as they become available to avoid delays in rewards processing.
