Potential Reasons Your Account May Be Suspended/Restricted and How to Proceed

At All Deals, we pride ourselves on our fair policies towards our customers. We strive to provide a positive experience for everyone who uses our service, and we do everything we can to ensure that our policies are understanding and reasonable.

Potential Reasons Why Your Account May Be Restricted

Missed Audit Request (Most Common)

  • Account audits are performed at random to ensure successful deliveries of all orders. If your account has been suspended, please check your inbox for any emails regarding this. Once you follow up with the requested information via your Orders page, your account will be reinstated.

Duplicate Account

  • The system detected multiple accounts under the same user. While it is acceptable to have up to two approved All Deals accounts under the same household, we can't allow multiple accounts under the same user's name under the same household.

    • While we are confident that most users would be compliant so as not to jeopardize our seller's listings (i.e. not ordering from the same Amazon/Walmart/Etc account across multiple All Deals accounts), they fear that having the same buyer ordering all of the same items under multiple accounts with the same information may do just that.

  • If there are multiple accounts under the same household but they were not approved by us, this may be the reason for an account suspension. Please reach out to our Customer Success Team which you can reach by creating a ticket on our website chat located at the bottom right or sending us an email [email protected] so we can gather some information from you to proceed with the accounts.

Suspicious Activity

  • If we have reason to believe a user of an account has abused our Terms of Use, we reserve the right to suspend the account while we investigate.

Non-US Based Account Detected

  • Our system will automatically block access to those located outside of the United States since our products are currently only available for US based customers. If you are out of the country for business or pleasure and your account gets suspended for this reason, please reach out to us and we will work towards a resolution.

Order Cancelled/Returned/Refunded by Merchant

  • Sellers reserve the right to mark orders as Cancelled if they suspend that an order is no longer active. By placing any order on our platform, you are agreeing to not cancel for ANY reason. If there is an order related issue, please contact us for next steps. Failure to comply will result in account suspension.

If you have reason to believe that your account was suspended unfairly or you need to follow up to resolve the matter, feel free to contact us and mention your login email address so that we can look into it further. In most cases, suspensions are due to simply missing an email requesting documentation. We will work with you to resolve any issues and get your account reinstated as quickly as possible.
