Potential Reasons Your Account May Be Suspended/Restricted and How to Proceed

At All Deals, we are committed to maintaining a fair and positive experience for all our customers. Below are some common reasons why your account may have been suspended, along with steps you can take to resolve the issue:

1. Missed Audit Request (Most Common):

If your account has been suspended, please check your inbox for any emails from us regarding an audit request. To reinstate your account, simply follow the instructions in that email and provide the requested information via your Orders page.

2. Duplicate Account:

Our system may have detected multiple accounts under your name. While you can have up to two approved accounts per household, having more than that can lead to suspension. If you believe this is the case, please submit a ticket here or email us at [email protected]. We’ll assist you in resolving this matter.

3. Suspicious Activity:

If we suspect that there has been a violation of our Terms of Use, we may temporarily suspend your account while we investigate. If you believe this is a mistake, please submit a ticket for clarification.

4. Non-US Based Account Detected:

Our services are currently only available to customers located in the United States. If you are traveling abroad and your account has been suspended, please submit a ticket so we can help you find a resolution.

5. Order Cancelled/Returned/Refunded by Merchant:

Sellers have the right to cancel orders if they are no longer active. By placing an order, you agree not to cancel for any reason. If you encounter any issues with your order, please submit a ticket for guidance.

Include your login email address in your message so we can investigate the matter promptly. In many cases, suspensions occur due to missed communication, and we are here to help you get your account reinstated as quickly as possible.
