Yes, if the item has not yet shipped, you can cancel and reorder with the soonest delivery date then provide us with the new order details. If the item has shipped and/or been delivered, please keep the original order active.
The new order details can be sent to us through the website chat (bottom right) by filling out a ticket. From there, we will update your order so it can be processed successfully.
Important Notes
If an order you submitted a deal for is cancelled, the order must be replaced with the new order details sent to us so we can update the order in our system.
If an order gets cancelled and is not replaced or the new order details are not sent to us, the seller will see the cancelled order and restrict your account.
If the order has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and updated.
