Screenshot Format Issues
Uploads may fail if the screenshot includes too much information or does not clearly show the required order details. Make sure your screenshot:
Is cropped to only include the relevant order details
Does not include menus, headers, or unrelated content
Clearly shows the required information

File Size or Technical Issues
Large files or temporary technical issues may prevent successful uploads. You can try:
Reducing the file size by cropping the image
Refreshing the page and uploading again
Using a different browser or device
Session or Navigation Issues
Sometimes the issue is related to your current claim session. To continue your submission:
Reopen your claim from the cart icon
Or go to your Orders section and resume your submission
