In the event that you submit the wrong order number and/or wrong order screenshot, the seller may not be able to locate your order, and this can cause a delay in processing your order or even result in your order being labeled as "Canceled".
If both or either of these details are incorrect, the order will not pass our verification check. If your order is rejected for this reason, you will receive an email from our Customer Success team requesting for updated order details. The sooner the screenshot is updated, the sooner the order will be approved.
If this occurs and you catch it before our verification team does, simply fill out a ticket through our website chat (bottom right) and we will provide you with the next steps.
