For orders that are submitted successfully and approved by our verification team, payments will be automatically processed once eligible.
If an order gets rejected during the verification process, you will receive a notification directing you to your Orders dashboard where there will be an icon to click in order to make the necessary updates to your order. Once you click the icon, the rejection reason will be noted and you will be able to edit the order number and/or upload a new order screenshot that will be sent to the verification team to be reviewed. Once approved, the deal process leading to points will continue as usual.
If these details are not submitted and the order is not approved within 60 days, the order and deal points will expire, hence the funds associated with the order will be returned to the seller. After 60 days, we will not be able to approve points for any orders we did not receive a follow up on.
