We unlock the order statuses for sellers after two weeks and this is when they audit their orders to confirm successful deliveries. Beyond this timeframe, any undelivered orders exist in a state of limbo, reflecting as "canceled" on the seller's interface.
When sellers mark these orders as canceled in our database, it triggers an automatic suspension of the corresponding All Deals account. To mitigate this, our policy stipulates that the Subscribe & Save option is only viable when the delivery date falls within a 14-day period. This ensures smoother operations and a more streamlined experience for all our valued sellers and users.
If you happen to choose a Subscribe & Save delivery date outside of this window, your order will be rejected, and you will receive a notification from us. If you receive this notification, please follow up at your earliest convenience to ensure your reimbursement processes on time. Your understanding and compliance with this policy are greatly appreciated for a seamless experience.
NOTE: Keep in mind that the longer you push your delivery out for Premium Deals, the longer it will take for your deal to process completely and earn you your Deal Coins. A post-delivery survey cannot be completed until the product is delivered, and the coins cannot be processed until the survey is completed. For this reason, we recommend always choosing the soonest delivery date.
