Our Deal Steps are set up to avoid incorrect products from being ordered but if you still suspect this is the case, please reach out to us to confirm.
If you did happen to order the wrong item by mistake and the order has not shipped yet, you can cancel and reorder the correct item then provide us with the new order details so we can update your order.
If the incorrect item has shipped and/or been delivered, unfortunately you will have to initiate a return for the product since we cannot reimburse it. You can still reorder the correct item and then provide us with the new order details.

The new order details can be sent to us by filling out a ticket from there, we will update your order details so it can process successfully.
Important Notes
If an order you submitted a deal for is cancelled, the order must be replaced with the new order details sent to us so we can update the order in our system.
If an order gets cancelled and is not replaced or the new order details are not sent to us, the seller will see the cancelled order and restrict your account.
If the order has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and updated.
