Deal Claim Steps

Everything you need to know to complete a deal claim

When you start claiming a deal, you'll follow a guided process within our site to complete it. This process includes:

  1. Finding the correct product

  2. Sharing feedback about the listing

  3. Submitting your order details and proof of purchase

Step 1: Find Product

At the beginning of the claim, you’ll be provided with the product details. This includes the product image, title, seller (if applicable), a partial product ID, and the price.

Use these details together to make sure you select the correct matching product on the marketplace.

How To Find The Product

Depending on the deal, you may be instructed to locate the item using a direct link, keywords, or the product title.

Follow the instructions provided and use the product details to confirm you’ve selected the correct item before proceeding.

Before continuing, review and accept the guidelines shown in this step. These may vary by deal, such as whether to use coupons or interact with sponsored products.

Make sure to follow these instructions exactly, as they can affect your eligibility.

Promo Deals

If this is a Promo Deal, a promotional code will be provided as part of the deal instructions. The code may appear in the Special Note of the deal and/or in Step 3 (Order & Proof).

When placing your order, make sure to use the promo code at checkout before completing your purchase and submitting your claim.

Step 2: Share Feedback

In this step, you’ll answer product-specific questions based on the product listing.

Please note that your feedback:

  • Helps sellers improve their listings

  • Is required to continue with the deal

Provide honest and thoughtful responses before moving to the next step.

Step 3: Submit Order & Proof

After completing the previous steps, you’ll need to complete your purchase and submit your order details.

What to do:

  1. Purchase the product on the specified marketplace

  2. Enter your order number

  3. Upload your order screenshot(s) (up to 2 images)

Make sure your screenshots include all required details to avoid delays or rejection.
